Policies

Forms of Payment: We accept cash or checks. All lessons must be paid in advance. All checks can be made payable to WCBA.

Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of snow or other inclement weather, please check the
website and call WCBA at (203-304-1830) for messages.

Cancellation Policy (for reasons other than inclement weather): We understand unforeseen
circumstances including illness and bad weather that may occur that require the cancellation
of lessons and/or participation in clinics. However, please make every effort to let us know in
advance if you need to reschedule a lesson or will no longer be able to attend a clinic or camp.
Lessons or other services must be cancelled within 24 hours. If you do not show up for your
lesson, no refunds will be given and no credits will be extended to future lessons. Once the
schedule is set, rescheduling may be done with 24 hours notice and in accordance with the
instructor’s availability.

Lateness: Everyone’s time is important. We ask that all players arrive a few minutes early to
allow time for checking in at the front desk and ensure full duration of your lesson time. Should
the participant arrive more than 5-minutes late for a session, your lesson time will be cut short
and no refund or credit will be issued.

Waivers: All players must fill out a NYA waiver form before entering the WCBA workout
area.

Equipment Procedures: Please ensure that you return all equipment to its proper place at the
conclusion of your lesson or cage time. Catchers must be in full protective gear. Helmets are
required in all cages at all times.
